Sarah has been licensed as a real estate agent in the state of Maryland for six years and has worked as a real estate instructor for three years. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers in residential home sales, Sarah teaches real estate orientation classes for new licensees in Southern Maryland, Rental Law classes and Maryland & National Ethics classes at the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. She also teaches the state-mandated PreLicensing Law class for real estate students. Sarah balances her time in assisting home sellers and buyers maneuver through real estate transactions and assisting real estate enthusiasts in learning about real estate in detail.

Miss Guy says her goal is "to provide 5 star service to all the clients I represent and exceed their expectations in all real estate transactions." Her approach to sales is based in customer service and guidance, and working closely with the clients to ensure that their questions are answered.
